Shanghai, China - Wuhan North Pavilion received the Gold Award of Real Estate and Specialized Design last week at the 5th Annual China Real Estate & Design Awards (CREDAwards).
Honoring real estate through the perspective of design, the judging process took place over the course of two days before narrowing to 10 selected Gold recipients out of 1,117 project entries.
Wuhan North Pavilion is a sustainable community that merges uses including retail, residential and commercial spaces with an agrarian program.
The award marks a distinguished recognition in the 5 year-long project that is slated for its full completion and opening at the end of this month.
