The Enclave has received Bronze at the WAN Awards Global, the only retail project recognized in the Commercial category, alongside Le Dôme Winery by Foster + Partners (Gold) and Yellow River Jizi Gulf Sizuota Homestay Guesthouse by Inner Mongolian Grand Architecture Design Co., Ltd. (Silver).

The Judges said:

The Enclave goes on to be shortlisted in the WAN Regional Awards, with winners to be announced next month.

Located in Los Angeles, California, The Enclave is a 25,000-square-foot retail and civic hub that transforms an underutilized site into a vibrant destination blending work, leisure, and community. An additional 25,000 square feet of lushly landscaped space—featuring over 40 plant species—offers settings for dining, gathering, games, and relaxation.

Adjacent offices were also revitalized to ensure connectivity and congruence throughout. At the core, a central courtyard framed by four corner buildings invites exploration, while hydraulic bay doors dissolve the boundary between indoors and out, creating a seamless flow and fostering community connection throughout the South Bay.
