Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2023 Commercial Real Estate Awards has nominated The Enclave in Torrance, CA for its prestigious yearly award. In its 28th year, the Commercial Real Estate Awards recognizes award-winning projects that hold the potential to positively impact communities, commerce, and people.

Situated between two existing, 9-story towers, The Enclave is a project that introduces a small but layered matrix of programming that also considers the connection to and use by the South Bay community.

Winners will be revealed Wednesday evening on March 1st during the Commercial Real Estate Awards Dinner held at the InterContinental in downtown Los Angeles.
