Taikoo Li Qiantan has been awarded as Mall of the Year by Retail Asia Awards 2024. This accolade celebrates the development’s innovative approach to blending wellness and luxury to redefine the retail experience in China.

Situated in Shanghai’s vibrant Qiantan International Business District, Taikoo Li Qiantan is a collaboration between our company and Lujiazui Group. Its open-plan, lane-driven architectural design is a standout feature, offering an unprecedented retail journey across approximately 280 shops. These outlets span luxury retail, high-end fashion, dining, entertainment, and wellness, establishing the mall as a cultural and lifestyle destination.

In 2023, Taikoo Li Qiantan saw significant growth as retail sales surged by 79% and gross rental income rose by 22%.

A part of its achievements include being the world’s first shopping mall to earn WELL Core Platinum certification from the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) and obtaining LEED Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). The mall’s commitment to promoting wellness through its design and operations sets a benchmark in the retail industry.
