One Paseo was recognized as Best New Retail at this year's Best of Real Estate event hosted by San Diego Business Journal. 

Nominees were judged in 15 different categories, including best office building sale, new office development, office lease, residential development, economic impact and neighborhood impact.

Once completed in early 2019, the mixed-use project in Del Mar will include apartments and condos, 280,000 square feet of office buildings and 95,000 feet of retail space joined by public plazas.  read more//
