One Paseo Wins Gold At 2025 Urban Design & Architecture Awards

One Paseo has been awarded Gold for Best Mixed-Use Project at the 2025 Urban Design & Architecture Design Awards (UDAD), a program that recognizes projects redefining the built environment through innovation in design, planning, and community impact.
Envisioned as a walkable neighborhood in San Diego’s Carmel Valley, One Paseo reflects these values through its carefully layered mix of uses and human-scale connectivity.
5+design led the overall master plan and retail design, crafting a cohesive network of paseos, courtyards, and plazas that encourage pedestrian flow and community engagement. Office spaces by Gensler and residences by TCA Architects are seamlessly integrated into the site, supporting a vibrant, mixed-use ecosystem that thrives in Southern California’s temperate climate.
This accolade underscores One Paseo's success in creating a cohesive urban environment rooted in the needs of its community.
