We're excited to introduce our latest project, Yuhua MixC, a master-planned town center destined to become the heart of our growing community. Working alongside RSHP, who designed the primary tower and contributed to the master plan, Tianhua, responsible for the adjacent towers, and Jiangsu Architecture Design Institute, who functioned as the LDI, we took the lead in designing both the town center and the mall portion, and helped refine the overall masterplan.

Spanning six city blocks, Yuhua MixC offers a dynamic mix of office and residential towers, nestled alongside charming low-to-mid-rise retail structures, all crafted to enhance community engagement and urban life.

At the core of Yuhua MixC is the bustling High Street, the vibrant epicenter of our community. Here, commerce, leisure, and entertainment merge to create a lively community hub. With its high degree of connectivity and walkability, integrated public transit, and lush green spaces, Yuhua MixC is designed for everyone to enjoy and explore.

MixC Yuhua is on track for a swift completion in the upcoming months.
