This year’s Global Future Design Awards concluded with a host of winners. Among them, the future project Huaihai Road TOD receives a Gold distinction and joins other gold winners including Foster + Partners, Snohetta, and more.

Situated along the historic Huaihai Middle Road, Huaihai Road TOD extends the urban fabric of the existing community with the development of a multi-level retail and entertainment complex built atop a transit center.
