Huaihai Road TOD project in Shanghai, China, has been honored with the Merit Award at this year's CREDAWARDS. Recognizing excellence in architectural design and urban development, CREDAWARDS recognizes projects from around the world that bring a heightened level of innovation, sustainability, and user experience.

Located in Shanghai’s Huaihai Road Preservation Zone, at the intersection of Huaihai Road and Ruijin Road, the new Huaihai Road TOD project will extend the urban fabric of the existing community with the development of a multi-level retail, entertainment complex, and community space built atop a transit center.

CREDAWARDS highlights a broad spectrum of projects, ranging from urban regeneration and infrastructure developments to public facilities such as museums, libraries, and sports complexes. In its 10th year, the premiere awards show also covers extensive commercial and office developments, residential areas, and encompasses both existing and conceptual designs.
