Huaihai Road TOD is making progress and taking shape as seen on a recent site visit to the historic Huaihai Road Preservation Zone.

Once complete, the project will bring a fully accessible rooftop garden and community space, the latest retail options, a below-grade metro station, and two repurposed buildings that will function as multi-level event spaces and an integrated anchored bookstore.

Project completion is slated for 2025.
