China’s prestigious CREDAWARDS 2020 has shortlisted China World Trade Center for Best Public Construction Project and Crystal Cloud for Best Residential Project.

The China Real Estate and Design (CRED) Awards were founded in 2013 and have rapidly developed into an influential international program to recognize the best of the built environment in China. Out of 1,117 entries, a total 415 projects were shortlisted to round out the five categories.

The China World Trade Center was a multi-phased expansion to the iconic development that enlarged the retail arcade, created a new luxury wing, and introduced a modern environment to better suit the rapidly evolving city of Beijing.

Similarly, Crystal Cloud will soon provide modern amenities and much needed housing within the Chengdu real estate market. With its focus on holistic living, the project adds to the ongoing efforts and vision of Wide Horizon’s ambitious Luxelake Housing Development.

Judging for the CREDAWARDS will continue until all winners are selected this coming April. To read more about the awards and the other projects being honored this year, click here.
