Last night at ICSC China, our China World Trade Center project was awarded the Gold Award for best Refurbishment/Expansion.  

ICSC Awards differs from other awards in that financial performance is one of the measured criteria, along with other metrics that are typically used to judge a center’s success

China World Trade Center along with our Optimum Izmir project are automatically entered to compete for a global prize in the same category.  There are eight regions in ICSC, and the global winners will be announced in May.
