Yongsan International Business District in Seoul represents the largest private development in South Korea. Involving 19 internationally renowned architectural firms, the project was master planned by Studio Daniel Libeskind, with assistance by 5+design for the retail planning.
The districts’ towers are set upon an integrated three level retail podium, which feeds into an open retail promenade linking Yongsan station to the Han river, and forming the primary pedestrian gathering place of the project.
