The Xiangyang Xintiandi Commercial Project is located in the commercial center of the Fancheng district in Xiangfan City, one block removed from the Hanjiang Pearl River. The two-block master plan connects a variety of  uses, including low-rise and high-rise residential, historic preservation areas, offices and an enclosed shopping and entertainment center, linked by below-grade and ground level walkways.
