The Suzhou Master plan establishes a sub-regional center with a diverse blend of residential density and housing types within a network fabric of connected neighborhoods, dotted with retail, offices, civic spaces and schools.
Inspired by the city’s famous canals and garden villas, the project capitalizes on these elements by arranging canals and lush neighborhood parks to create linkages throughout the community and beyond to the surrounding region.
