MixC One Zibo represents the first third-tier city development for China Resources Land, and will serve as a prototype and testing platform for other developments to come.
Located at a major intersection in the city’s historic commercial district, the 240,000 square meter project is grounded by a six-story retail center programmed with stores, restaurants, nightclubs, bars, movie theaters and an ice rink. Rising above the retail arcade, a 39-story office and hotel tower and a 28-story apartment tower anchor the project.
