Linyi City Crossing is envisioned as a mixed-use master planned community with an identity that reflects the character of the city, Linyi. Looping spaces and interlocking pathways will create a unifying spatial diagram that will link the project’s towers, terraces and indoor mall. Above a 5-story indoor mall, two towers provide spaces for live-work units and offices. The entire project is looped by a lush greenbelt that will extend to 14 shorter residential towers, smaller retail shops and a large civic center on the adjacent block.
