Coconut Point is the first mixed-use development of its kind between Naples and Fort Myers, Florida. Earth tones and natural materials unify the project’s exterior, giving the many restaurants, shops and entertainment spaces a single identity. The wetland area’s drainage retention basins that surround the project were redesigned into a waterscape of fountains and pools that announce the project, and include pedestrian and vehicular bridges linking to waterfront dining and entertainment.
